Living Waters Relief Center - 9/22 Update - Volunteers/Hours of operation

posted about 1 year ago by Ryan_Rhoden from Living Waters Rogue Valley Labels: volunteering needs
This update is over 30 days old.

Living Waters Relief Center (360 E. Jackson, corner of 3rd & Bartlett) is open daily from 11am to 5pm, Monday-Friday.

We have been overwhelmed by the outpouring of generosity from individuals and organizations.

We are in need of up to 50 volunteers at a time to sort and organize donations so that we can get them into our Relief Store, or out to "on the ground" organizations that need them.

  • Sort, organize and help send out or store items for future dispersant.

  • BI-LINGUAL volunteers to help us meet families, get their info, assess their need, listen and meet them in grief, and help them "shop" through our relief center for what they need.

  • Drivers with truck/trailer that can haul pallets of water and other larger "shipments" of supplies out from our warehouse.

  • People with construction skills to help us build racks/tables for further organization and storage in our warehouse.

  • Data Entry - Help organizing our intake forms into our follow-up system

  • Follow up - bi-lingual volunteers to call through those who have come to us for relief and check on them, make sure they have access to resources available to help them.

If you have any questions, please call 541-772-9502.

If you want to volunteer, you can just come down to the building during operation hours, or go to this link:
