United Way Fire Fund - Application available DEADLINE NOV. 15 The application is for individuals, families, small businesses (10 or less employees) and nonprofit organizations that have suffered losses in the Almeda and Obenchain Fires. Please review the application and provide all requested information.
Once completed, email the form along with requested backup documentation to firefund@unitedwayofjacksoncounty.org, fax to 541.773.7042 or deliver a hard copy to United Way of Jackson County, 60 Hawthorne St., Medford, OR 97504 (Hours 8:30-4:30 M-F). Initial grants will not exceed $2,500.
